We brought our cat in for an emergency visit and had a very positive experience. Dr Bundi White and Dr. Karen Beckwith spent so much time with us - walking through his plan, explaining the process, and answering our questions. They were always very attentive and great and quick to communicate with over the phone. Thank you to both Doctors and the amazing nurses at VEG!

Our 7 month old puppy was spayed this week and our vet closed at 5pm but our puppy was acting distressed so we needed an emergency vet check in on her. We walked into the VEG clinic, the staff literally opened the door for us and walked us straight to a table where we met 4 vet techs and a doctor. Our puppy was ultrasound and bloodwork done immediately, the staff was incredibly calm, professional, fast, and process driven which is important in emergency situations! Would 10/10 recommend anyone to go here if their pet has an emergency. Incredible experience and blessed to have had them help us in such an emergency!

I am incredibly thankful for Dr. Peters and his amazing team for taking such great care of my baby. We had a pretty scary moment when my cat showed signs of a urinary blockage. As soon as I brought him in, the team jumped into action—no time wasted—and treated him with so much love and care. I had never left my cat overnight with anyone before, so I was really anxious. But when I came in the next morning and saw they had set up an iPad playing videos of birds and squirrels to keep him entertained, I was so touched. It was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. Dr. Peters explained everything in detail without making it overwhelming or confusing. He offered me options, listened to my concerns, and truly made me feel heard and understood. I felt confident that my cat was in the best hands, and I’m beyond grateful that I ended up with this team.
